GIE Hybrex System
Auto Attendant This is provided standard with the system & enables incoming calls to be directed to an extension or department upon request/ key stroke or alternatively will answer the incoming call after a pre programmed number of rings & for a short period (1-15 secs.) The system can deliver pre recorded information until the receiving party completes their current call & attend to this new call. Company & product information can be provided to the calling party as they wait on the line for their call to be answered by your company.
Voice mail
As an option we can provide a voicemail facility for each station and allows calling parties to leave a message for a specific individual of your company to be follow up when they return to their station.
Conference If a calling party needs to be put into communication with a another member of your organisation you can provide a conference call facility when you put the person on hold call another party & conference all together. A maximum of 16 parties could be involved on a conference call provided sufficient lines are available for use.
Answering Machine Feature Caller can leave a message on the system or alternatively you can provide dedicated answering machine where calling parties are able to leave a message on an analogue extension. ECT can provide a digital answering machine as part of the product suite.
VOIP As business expands we can introduce Voice Over Internet protocol (VOIP) to our customers to take advantage of some of the call cost savings associated with utilising the internet & allow potentially more outgoing lines to call clients & free up incoming lines for customers calling your business.
Our professional relationship with engin business will enhance the features provided by our PABX network & provide economies of scale in relation to call cost savings as well as providing superior quality voice calls. By utilisng the customer’s ADSL network, the challenge is to provide the right mix of bandwidth so as not to compromise either the voice or data networks.

GSM Router In order to take maximise efficiency of communication with your in field personnel including sales representatives as well as other interstate offices the Hybrex Telephone System provides the option of a GSM router & can take advantage of price competitive mobile call costs. This provides customers direct contact with your sales staff via the GSM mobile network when they are not in the office.
This will increase the efficiencies of your business & employees as your clients are attended to immediately with their request for information, product or services from your company. A call can come in on a PSTN telephone line & then be connected via a GSM router to your in field sales team or other office. If priced economically this can be done at a reduced cost to the business and at the same time improve on business productivity.

Other Digital Handsets – Flexibility Although the above handsets are recommended with Hybrex G1E Plus if for any reason another Hybrex digital handset in the available product range is preferred then this can be used instead of a DK6 handset.
The flexibility of the Hybrex telephone system offer is maintained by allowing a greater range of handsets to be considered & pricing can be modified to suit particular business budgets.
KSU – Slim & Stylish
Optional is a 128Mb Voice mail card which gives 8 hours of mailbox time which can be shared between users. This Voice Mail unit also increases the Auto Attendant to 6 channels.
The G1E has been designed with the DK6 as its primary phone.
