Hotel Telephones ECT has streamlined our approach to repairs related to hotel telephones & repairs are categorised in the following manner:  Basic Repair @ $45.00 ex GST Medium Repair @ $75.00 ex GST Medium Plus Repair @ $95.00 ex GST

Parts & materials to be provided to complete the repairs are costed separately & itemised on the ECT repair quotation. After the quotation has been provided to the customer & a formal request has been provided then repairs are commenced & completed by the ECT service department. After repairs are completed the customer is contacted, the repair is paid for & the product is dispatched by courier to the customer location. Please note that individual customer agreements may vary to this standard ECT repair procedure.

Payphones

Payphones are repaired & serviced at the ECT Repair Centre in Belrose, Sydney.

Labour rate is charged at $110.00 per hour + GST.
Parts supplied in the repair are quoted separately to the customer. It is not usual to repair payphones on site if it is determined that major repairs are required. In this case product is shipped to the ECT repair facility by the customer & a quotation is prepared for the customer. Upon a formal agreement to proceed with repairs is granted & acknowledged the product is repaired by the ECT service department. The customer is then notified of completion of work & provides payment for repair. The product is then shipped back to the customer. All product repairs are provided with a three month warranty.

Telephone Handsets

Handsets are repaired by the ECT repair facility including Globaltech Interphones – IP412 series, telephone headsets & related equipment. Repairs on this equipment are costed on an individual quotation basis & repairs commence after provision of a formal request by the customer.

Service Calls

When an onsite service call is required the following charges apply:

Callout fee & one hour service call @ $160.00 + GST.
Subsequent hours are costed @ $85.00 + GST.
Materials, phone parts & cabling are costed separately & incur an additional charge. Prices will vary according to travel time, cost of materials & site accessibility. ECT may be required to seek the services of our affiliates & business associates to complete service call & product installations in areas outside Sydney CBD including rural & regional areas at which time service fees may vary accordingly.
