(Digital Message Player with External Flash Card Memory)

This player is designed for multi-line business telephone systems that can accept a music-on-hold source, eg. if the system already has a radio or CD player on hold, this can easily be swapped for one of our DP64 Digital Message Players. If the system only has ‘electronic chimes’ or silence on hold, then you must first make the system “Music On Hold Ready” by installing an LIU (Line Isolation Unit - available separately).

With the supplied 32MB flash card, the DP64 provides for up to 64 minutes of music/messages on hold. Larger capacity flash cards can be used if longer soundtracks are required.

DP64 Optional Time-Programming Feature:

• Individual Start & Stop Days/Dates/Times can be PC-programmed for each message on the flash card – and the DP64 supports 250 individual messages! (Ask for model DP64/T)

DP64 Message Updating:

• Message/Music updates can be supplied via email and the existing flash card may be reprogrammed via a PC. No additional software is required, just a memory card reader. These are normally built into new PCs & laptops, but USB readers can be used too.
• Alternatively, updates can be supplied on a new flash card, which may be supplied on an exchange basis to reduce update costs if preferred.

DP64 Main Advantages:

• Very long message duration is possible, due to the use of plug-in flash memory cards.
• Messages can be updated via email, or by posting the customer a replacement flash card (useful if they do not have a PC, or do not wish to connect anything to their PC).
